FAQ's

How can I pay for my order?Taaza2u accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as debit cards bearing the MasterCard or Visa logo. We now also accept link card (SNAP).


How does credit card payment work?If you select credit card payment, your credit card will be charged on the day of delivery, and you will receive an e-mail confirming your final order total. We will include a full, itemized receipt with your order. If your credit card has expired or is otherwise invalid, we will be unable to process your order. Please note that we reserve the right to collect funds for any fees owed Taaza2u resulting from incorrect credit card information or over-the-limit accounts.

Does Alia Halal accept personal checks or cash?You can pay through your checking account online. We do not accept paper checks, cashier's checks, money orders or cash at this time.

What is the minimum order?There no minimum, but orders over $60 qualify for FREE delivery (introductory offer) in our Free Delivery Zones.


When will I be charged?You will be charged for your order on the day of delivery.

Is there a charge for delivery?For orders over $60, we have an introductory offer of FREE delivery in our Free Delivery Zones. We charge 9.99 toll for indiana delivery


Should I tip the driver? Alia Halal delivery personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances. If you have a comment or compliment please e-mail us. We would love to hear from you!

Can I order by phone?Yes, we accept telephone orders during our normal customer service hours. Call 773-734-3200. A trained Alia Halal customer service representative will take your order and answer any questions you may have.

Can I change or cancel an order?You can change, reschedule or cancel an order at any time before the order cutoff deadline indicated on the email we send to confirm your order.

Can I return something if I am not satisfied?We take pride in the high quality of our fresh meat and packaged goods. That is why we guarantee your satisfaction with every product, every time. If you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, please contact us right away — we will either replace it with an acceptable item or refund 100% of the cost for that item.   call 250-361-1200
